Diamond outer diameter saw blades (DODB)
 Diamond outside diameter saw blades are applied when precise and qualitative cutting of silicon, ceramics, glass, marble, quartz, sapphire, carbides etc. is required. Along the internal edge a diamond-bearing layer is coated. The layer is from 0.2 up to 0.6 mm thick and consists of natural or synthetic diamond powder fixed with nickel binder by means of electroplating. Relative concentration of diamonds in diamond-bearing layer: 100%, 50%, 45% and 25%.
DODB are intended for operation on sharpening, cutting, round-grinding or flat-grinding equipment with the speed of rotation 1000r/min.
At customer’s request we develop and produce instruments of any kind of standard size, any mark and graininess of diamond powder.
