- Converters for inductive heating, ultrasonic and other electrotechnological installations;

Types of modules:
Ì2ÒÊP - two consistently connected keys on field transistors with the reverse quick-restored diodes.
Ì6ÒÊI-Six keys incorporated in three half-bridges.
Ì2ÒÊI-Two consistently connected keys on bipolar transistors with the isolated shutter with the reverse quick-restored diodes.
ÌDÒÊI - consistently connected quick-restored diode - bipolar transistor with isolated shutter.
ÌÒÊID - consistently connected bipolar transistor with the isolated shutter - the diode with fast return restoration.
ÌÒÊI - the bipolar transistor with the isolated shutter with the reverse quick-restored diodes. | | |
