Instrument for crystals mounting
 Instruments are intended to grip, transport and bond crystals from 0.3*0.3 up to 10.0*10.0 mm in size and 0.1-0.5 mm thick in the bodies of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits with all kinds of assemblage. Instrument is made in the form of cylindrical metal stem with the central port for vacuum supply and with working part in the form of an upturned pyramid. Pyramid shape and size depend on the crystal size. Instrument is supplied with an internal standard angle of 90 degree at the pyramid top. At customer’s request we also provide performance of an angle different from the standard one – 120 degree. Sizes of sides of pyramid working cavities permit to install crystals which sizes vary with an increment of 0.1 mm. High finish and accuracy of working elements treatment as well as application of multiple and composite antiwear coatings on the basis of refractory metal carbides and nitrides considerably increase service life of an instrument. These instruments provide good functioning on automatic plants with high speed of crystal installation.
