JSC Kontur manufactures the following types of Microinstruments: needles, capillaries with central hole, capillaries with side hole, electrodes, probes for contacting, controlling probes, crystals mounting instruments.
The above instruments are pretended for ultrasonic, termocompression, termosonic & contact weldings of wire & ribbon leads, crystals mounting & control while producing Integral Circuits and Semiconductor Devices.
